Our nurses and receptionists form a hard working and dedicated team. They play a vital role in the caring for you and your beloved pets. Although many have been with the practice from the beginning we are adding new staff all the time.

Head of the team, she has been a general practitioner in the area for many years and does some acupuncture. She owns several grey hairs, and even more rescues. The most recent addition is a young dachshund!

Clare is our dedicated all rounder who joined the Hope team in 2010. She is a local lass and the proud owner of an energetic border terrier and three playful cats.

Ali finally settled at Hope vets in 2018 after working as a vet nurse “down under” and all over the UK! She loves her cockers Dolly and Minnie, and tortoise Marilyn.

Becky has been with us since 2012 and has recently completed her veterinary nurse training. She has a rescue dog Bailey who recently had a DNA test and is a mix of 4 breeds!

Caroline joined us in 2014 and since has gained 2 cats Bear and Pumpkin, and a rescue collie called Barney! She enjoys days out with her family.

Jane is one of the original members of the team, with us since 2009. Deborah once referred to her as our “geriatric nurse”, but she is far from it! She has a dog, 2 cats and a guinea pig.

Kayleigh joined us in 2019 and currently has 1 horse, 2 cats and 3 dogs. She has a passion for rescues old and young.

With over 21 years of experience in the veterinary industry, Kristy has now ditched the stripes and qualified as an RVN in 2021. Sasha the rottie is so proud of her mum.

Laura studied and qualified with Hopes as a veterinary nurse from Harper Adams, she rejoined our team in March 2021. Laura is a keen baker (we will vouch for her skills!). Her furry family are Penny the sprocker, Boo the cat and Peter the rabbit.
